HireRegional Pty Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

From workers: identity and contact details, visa and work-rights information, qualifications and clearances, bank and superannuation details for payroll, and emergency contacts. From employers: business contact details and information about roles and workplaces needed to arrange placements.

Why we collect it

To verify legal work rights, arrange and manage placements, run payroll, meet our tax, superannuation, immigration and workplace-law obligations, and communicate with you about work or services.

Disclosure

We disclose information only as needed to deliver the service: to host employers (limited placement-relevant details), to government bodies where required by law (ATO, Home Affairs, icare), to our payroll and software providers, and to our registered migration agent where you ask us to support a visa process. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, access and correction

Information is stored on secure systems. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by emailing info@hireregional.com. We respond within 30 days.

Privacy concerns can be raised with us directly; if unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
