For employers
How quickly can you supply workers?
Onshore workers on valid visas: 1–2 weeks from a confirmed order. Offshore 462 workers from eligible countries: 3–8 weeks. Employer-sponsored pathways from overseas: 6–12 months. Contact us well before your peak — earlier for sponsored roles.
Do you cover all of Regional NSW?
Yes — Hunter, Griffith/Riverina, Young, Orange, Wagga, Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, Dubbo/Orana, Goulburn and the Mid-Coast. Elsewhere in regional NSW, ask — we can usually help.
What's the minimum crew size?
None. One AIN for a care facility or eighty-plus harvest workers for a vineyard.
Can long-term workers reach permanent residency?
Yes — via HILA or sponsorship under 482/494, workers may access Subclass 186 or 191 after two to three years. Managed with a MARA-registered agent. It's the strongest retention tool there is.
What are your fees?
Discussed openly at an initial consultation — the right arrangement depends on scale, region, role and pathway. You'll have clear costs before committing to anything.
For workers
How do I register?
Email info@hireregional.com with your name, visa type, the work you want, preferred region and availability.
How much will I earn?
At or above the Award: farm work from $24.10/hr; aged care $27–32/hr; disability support $30–35/hr; hospitality $24.10+/hr. Super at 12% on top, payslip every cycle.
Can I register from any country?
Absolutely. We welcome workers from anywhere in the world — onshore if you already hold a valid Australian work visa, or from overseas through sponsored pathways.
Is accommodation available?
Managed housing in the Hunter (expanding to Griffith, Young and Orange), roughly $200–250/week by consent-based deduction. Ask about your region.
International workers & visas
Which countries can use the Work & Holiday 462 visa?
The 462 covers 29 countries including Argentina, Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, the USA and Vietnam (China, India and Vietnam run a ballot). If your country isn't on the list, the sponsored routes — 482, HILA and 494 — are open to skilled workers worldwide.
Can I apply from overseas?
Yes — via employer sponsorship, from any country. The realistic routes are 482 Skills in Demand, HILA for horticulture and food roles, and 494 regional sponsorship. Expect 6–12 months, multi-year placements and a residency pathway.
How does your overseas recruitment work?
Through our own offshore recruitment network — sourcing, face-to-face interviews, medical and police clearance, home-country legal processing and pre-departure training, all handled by our people rather than third-party agents.
Does regional work count toward my second year?
Yes — every placement qualifies for the 88-day extension on 462/417 visas, with a signed employer letter issued automatically.
Can I work on a student visa?
Yes — 48 hours a fortnight during term, unlimited during official breaks. We verify your dates and place you within legal hours.
Compliance
Are your workers legally work-authorised?
Non-negotiable. Every visa is verified before the first shift. Award wages, 12% super, workers comp and full Fair Work compliance on every placement.
Do you need a labour-hire licence in NSW?
NSW has no mandatory scheme as of 2026, but Fair Work, workers comp and WHS apply in full. We hold licences in QLD and VIC where they're mandatory.
Do workers get payslips and super?
Always — payslips every cycle, 12% super to the worker's fund, STP-reported to the ATO. No cash-in-hand, ever.
